These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Collajam service. Please read them carefully before using the service.

Interpretation and Definitions

Terms used in this agreement are defined as follows:

• “Application”: The mobile software distributed under the name Collajam, provided by the Company.
• “App Store”: A digital platform such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store where the application is distributed.
• “Affiliate”: A corporation that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Company, holding more than 50% of shares or equity.
• “Country”: Republic of Korea.
• “Company”: Collajam Inc., located at 49 Seokgye-ro, Nowon-gu, Seoul, Korea (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”).
• “Device”: Electronic devices capable of using the service, such as smartphones, tablets, or computers.
• “Feedback”: Any suggestions or improvement ideas provided by users regarding the service.
• “Apple”: Apple Inc.
• “Google”: Google LLC.
• “In-App Purchase”: Purchases of content, products, or subscriptions within the app.
• “Service”: All functions and content provided via the Collajam application.
• “Subscription”: A payment model where users pay regularly to gain access to services.
• “Terms”: This document defining the conditions of service use between the user and the Company.
• “Third-Party Social Media Service”: Features or content provided by third parties linked to or integrated into the service.
• “User”: Any individual or entity using the service, including their representatives.
